Yoga on the River
Free ForeverFit! class on the riverside at Wisconsin Riverside Resort. Sunday August 13th at 8:30am. 30 minutes of Yoga, Pilates and Ti Chi with core strengthening & pain relieving moves. Bring a mat and a friend!

Beginning Oct 3rd the new evening class schedule
will begin at 4pm with 1/2 hour ForeverFit! Stretching, Range of motion, balance and core strengthening. 4:30pm will be the new time for Mini-Bootcamp – 1/2 hour of functional training 5:00pm W.O.W. Women on Weights – We only take 3-5 ladies at a time so sign up right away. 5-week course on how to use the weights. M,T,TH 1 hour of instruction, demonstration and practice. You will also be able to design your own workout. 6pm 1 hour High Intensity Functional Training – W.O.D. coached class
We are often asked if we offer yoga or pilates, so for those of you who want core strengthening, stretching and range of motion, join our ForeverFit! class at the NEW TIME of 5:30. It is also offered at Noon (in chairs), 12:30 & 4pm – M,T,TH Join us and spread the word!
