Beginning Oct 3rd the new evening class schedule

will begin at 4pm with 1/2 hour ForeverFit! Stretching, Range of motion, balance and core strengthening.                                                                                                      4:30pm will be the new time for Mini-Bootcamp – 1/2 hour of functional training                5:00pm W.O.W. Women on Weights – We only take 3-5 ladies at a time so sign up right away. 5-week course on how to use the weights. M,T,TH 1 hour of instruction, demonstration and practice. You will also be able to design your own workout.          6pm 1 hour High Intensity Functional Training – W.O.D. coached class
