CASSY VIETH is a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer and owner of Lexington Fitness. Fitness has always played an important part of my life and I enjoy sharing what I’ve learned along the way from diet to exercise. Join me for a Coached LexFit WOD, Movin’ It! Class, ForeverFit! or GentleFit! class (all FREE with membership!) or one of other classes that get posted at the gym. I am proud to say I completed the 2012 & 2013 Tough Mudders. 2014 brought two Natural Fitness Competitions; Ford’s Midwest Natural (2nd & 3rd Places) and the NANBF Natural American Championships in Kohler (4th & 3rd Places). Competitions make me a better coach and better able to answer your diet questions. 2018 sees me at the age of 52 leading people into fitness for life thru personal training and group fitness, creating videos for purchase and avidly studying movement and pain relief strategies to keep you moving better and pain free no matter what your age or fitness goals.
Well known in the community for her energy and zeal for coaching, teaching and fitness, LISA ROELKE hardly needs an introduction. Teaching P.E. and Health at River Valley High School in Spring Green as well as coaching in the UW system and at River Valley, she has a notorious reputation for tough workouts while still being loved and respected. She regularly gives CPR & First Aid Instruction and is NESTA Certified for Personal Training. She is currently teaching Cardio Pump Bootcamp in the mornings at Lexington Fitness! KRISTINA HOLTE and her family recently moved to the River Valley area from Teton Valley (Jackson,Wyoming). While both she and her husband are originally from Minnesota, they met in Montana and have lived out west for most of their married life. Kristina enjoys a wide variety of activities including: downhill and Xcounty skiing, Mountain biking, hiking, fly fishing, running, reading and gardening. Kristina and her family are enjoying Wisconsin and all the wonderful activities it has to offer. Sam and Kristina have four children together, three teenagers and one adult son who is serving in the Airforce.
Kristina became a certified Personal Trainer with ACE in 2011. From there, she has pursued certification in: TRX suspension training, BOSU ball, small group training, nutrition, and is working on her Strong First level 1 kettlebell cert. Kristina stays current on new trends in the fitness industry, always looking through the information to see what is relevant and what is not so relevant as fitness is an ever changing field.
