Wk 4 – Mon meals

Breakfast – Tuna Salad – Tuna, mayo, mustard, cucumber, celery, salt, pepper.  Ate scooped onto a red pepper. coffee. trail mix.

Lunch: leftover gazpacho (cold tomatoe/veggie soup), 1/2 sweet potato

Dinner: chicken thigh, trail mix (nuts & raisins), nectarine
